The Morrison's Quarry near Gatineau is one of my favorite winter playgrounds.Only from 2 and half hour drive, it's perfect for cooling off and keeping me busy when I'm not out on expeditions. I always find new things to photograph, new lights to test, ice thickness, fish, etc.
Here, I am trying a panorama, made up of about fifteen photographs put together. This process, which is already complicated outside the water, is very demanding when diving, but offers images with a high level of details that I particularly like. This photo is certainly my favorite 2020 picture under ice.
